John L. Gorman III, has been practicing law in the Central Valley for 17 years, ten years as a partner in the firm of 
Smith & Gorman in Oakdale, and seven years as a sole practitioner in Modesto. He obtained Bachelor Degrees and a Master’s Degree in Psychology and pursued a successful career with the University of California before entering law school. He then studied at and graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University, School of Law. John lives in Modesto with his wife of thirty years, Bethany, an elementary school teacher. They have grown children, two doing post graduate work and one attending UC Davis.
Clients of the firm come from many parts of California, and include many personal injury as well as business clients. We represent individuals, construction companies, doctors and owners of many types of businesses.
